They go to Christian school, go to church choir rehearsal, and go to church. And that’s all no parties, going on dates, going to movies or malls with friends. If they want to go somewhere with a friend they have to bring them to church. Why must Christians be so strict?

Not all Christians are like this, this person might simply be part of some Christian group that does not allow this but that is their choice.
Define “fun”
That is wonderful that they are being so strict and obeying it! They have parties etc, just with same kind people that are not going to rape (of their life or beliefs) them….
At this time two out of every three woman have already been raped! And the number keeps increasing! Then there are people that are kidnapped, brainwashed,… by evil minded people to try and stop them from loving God.
I go to movies, home parties (not wild sin-filled stuff of course), malls, sports to play, and so much more, I enjoy life to the fullest with Jesus. That can’t be done without Jesus.
Don’t assume that one person’s lack of liberty, speaks for us all.

Not all christians are the same. It seems like your friend sean just wants to expose his/her friends to his faith in hopes that they will choose to do the same. It also seems like he has chosen to commit to his faith completely instead of being of the world. By this I mean he chooses not to surround himself with people or things that do not follow what he/she believes. Some Christians choose not to go to parties because of the dancing and music that is played, which may be the case for your friend. So you can have fun it just depends on your faith, how far you’re willing to go and your desire to stand out from the crowd and display what it means to believer (in your opinion).
