As Single Christians we have our own unique attacks from Satan, usualy involving emotional pain, depression, bitterness, loneliness etc. God wants us to be victorious and happy while we wait for a dear spouse. There can be victory and joy as we wait for His plans in our lives but we need to take action and use His word and prayer to defeat the attacks to our hearts and minds. This video gives us an example based on my own pain and freedom.

who has been in a Christian ministry for a long time who told me that “you can not be alone with an opposite sex in a car, or in a house, or been seen as a couple which all are sin”. I often say to her, “why don’t you come over tonight, we can hang out in my house and watch TV?” It bothers her so bad when I say this to her……. I am single and that is how single people hang out. Its not like I am asking her to have sex with me or we are going to do anything like that AT ALL~!
To Muldah, this is true and I am respecting my friend. I am a new Christian myself and learning. The Bible also say something like… “God thought it is NOT good for man to be alone, so he made woman.”
Hiii! So a while ago, I started praying to my guardian angel and asking what his name was (or hers
.) So nothing happened for a while, but I read that you have to open your eyes and pay attention for a sign. So I walked into my shed and there was a box that said “Raphael” that I had never noticed before. I thought ‘that’s odd’ and as I was walking out I realized. That was the sign. Then later on that evening I opened up a website with an ‘Angel of Your Birth Date’ website, and found out that Raphael is the angel of Wednesday (The day I was born on.) I said a quick pray-thanks to my guardian. And that was that. Now I refer to my guardian angel as Raphael. Please tell me if you think it’s real or just a coincident. Also (you don’t HAVE to answer this one, lol) Is my grandfather hanging around, too? I never remembered meeting him (Only as a baby) and ever since I saw a photo of him, I’ve had 3 dreams about him. One of which I cried and said “This is impossible, you’re dead!” to him, and hugged him. “No I’m not.” he replied and smiled.
Ok thanks, (im 12) bye!!!
Good points people. I didn’t think of that! I hope God isn’t upset with me but he forgives so yeah
Hello Everyone!
David Attenborough is a famous guy over in the UK that makes all of those great nature documentaries. He has also stated several times that he does not believe in God at all, and views the world as strictly scientific terms.
But don’t you find it strange that he believes in silly monsters such as bigfoot, yet he thinks it is silly to believe in God??
Here is the link:

I mean no offense to any atheists at all. I totally respect your beliefs. But it just shocks me how many well-known atheists talk about belief in God as silly, superstitious, or ignorant, yet at the same time they believe in one or more of the following with no evidence at all:
1. Intelligent or complex life on other planets (no evidence to date, yet many believe this religiously).
2. Bigfoot- Like Sir David Attenborough
3. Abiogenesis, etc.
Why call a belief in God silly (not all atheists do this by the way), but yet many believe in at least one of the things above with no evidence at all?? I just don’t understand. What do you think?
Thanks and have a great day!

Actually, I read an article recently from NASA that indicates ZERO evidence for life on any planet/moon thus far, let alone Mars.
Attenborough has repeatedly stated he doesn’t believe in God. I didn’t say he did it in that same article. Rather, I am talking about the past.
Again, I mean no offense to any of you. It just strikes me as so bizzare that most atheists say “I don’t believe in God because there is no evidence.”
Yet at the same time they believe in several other things with no evidence at all. Bizarre.

Edit to ZOMBIE: There is ZERO evidence of ABIOGENESIS ever happening. Saying that there are “Building blocks” for it to happen is like saying since there are trees in a forest they must have assembled themselves and created a log cabin.
The building blocks being present do not imply that they arrange and come to life without a force.
NEVER NEVER NEVER has abiogenesis been seen. NEVER! Yet people accept it as a fact because a textbook says so. Yet they disbelieve in God. Amazing.

My girlfriend is Catholic, and I’m Baptist. I’m a Jesus freak (though, yes I’m still a sinner, duh), but she isn’t very devoted to Catholocism. I don’t think she’s getting anything out of it. She’s been to several meetings of our youth group at my church, but she says that those are boring, too. I love her dearly, and want the best for her, especially seeing that although I can’t love her forever, after death, then He still can. Anyone who has any advice that WILL ACTUALLY HELP (notice the emphasis) feel free to give it. Atheists, and people who tell me to dump her (or both), don’t bother answering. Thank you, and God bless.

Say a Christian (Not mormon) is single in life, and does not want to get married. (nor have children) After they die will they be in Heaven with God?
In what you call the celestial kingdom (the highest level of Heaven where the LDS church believes God “Resides” )
In the LDS church’s view a deceased person can HAVE their LDS temple endowment done, (by a living mormon) and be sealed (LDS married forever) by proxy in BEHALF of their Name, in a temple also.
They would have the “choice” to accept the LDS WORK or not, after learning about the LDS church in Heaven.
*SAY they reject the work because they do not WANT to be LDS NOR married (SEALED) to anyone. They are a christian and want to be single….
Would they go to the CK to be with the LORD in Heaven?
Yes or No?
Thank you.
Rac… you said,”There are three degrees within the Celestial Kingdom and only the married people can be in the highest degree.” AND the Mormon belief is also they BE LDS….
It just so judgmental for a church (to have a belief like that) Mother Teresa would not even attain that according to Mormonism. *Oh but wait her LDS temple work is done for her…;) Surely she will convert in Heaven. OH and be sealed, and I hope she gets along with her new husband (by proxy)

I am a single christian. I have changed my life but still having some challenges with what I use to do. I was a person who had lots of sex to not having any in almost a year. While it hasn’t been all bad there are some days where I want to go back to what I did. I don’t want to displease God, so I was wondering if buying a sex toys would be a good idea. I’ve read the scriptures over and over and prayed about it, but I’m still human. I would rather find a suitable alternative than sin. Does anyone else feel this way?
